He received the B.E. and Ph.D. in computer engineering from Kyunghee University, Korea, in 2000 and 2004, respectively. From 2004 to 2006, he was with IPOne, Inc., Seoul, Korea, where he led various projects as a research engineer. From 2006 to 2009, he was a research engineer at Neowave, Inc., Anyang, Korea, where he developed Mobile WiMAX (IEEE 802.16) devices. He was an Assistant Professor in Department of Mobile Communications Engineering at Changshin University, Changwon, Korea. Since March 2016, he has been with the Department of Computer Software Engineering, Soonchunhyang University, Asan, Korea, where he is currently an Assistant Professor. His research interests comprise Cloud and Mobile Edge Computing, Internet of Things, Heterogenous Internet of Things, Software Defined Networking and Network Function Virtualization, Mobile System and Communications, and Machine Learning based on Bigdata.
